Multinational Automobile parts manufacturer

Position: Commodity Manager- Special Products（某著名美资公司）
Location: Shanghai

Job Description：
1.Issue Price Quotations to Suppliers and Analyze Costs.
2.Prepare P.O.’s FOR Supplier Tooling, and responsible for tooling asset management.
3.Resolve all Supplier issues related to QCCDM when called by Plant Operations for support.
4.Resolve all Supplier Quality issues and “chronic” delivery issues when called by Site Quality or supply chain.
5.Own supplier on time delivery (OTTR).
6.Manage the Supplier Rationalization Plan and lead supplier homologation from identifying new supplier to customer approval.
7.Seek out and Create Sourcing Plans which result in MATEX opportunities for the Company.
8.Manage technical change and MATEX project implementation.
9.Support NPI buyers in selection of best supplier for all new projects.
10.Participate in Supplier Technical Reviews with NPI Buyers and SD Engineers on new project launches.
11.Monitor & Report monthly Supplier Performance metrics for QCCDM with highlights to Management.
12.Meet with Suppliers to review Performance. Take actions as necessary to meet Company Objectives.
13.Track capacity status at supplier.
14.Communicate and Cooperate with Regional & Global peers to maximize Supply Base Synergies for the Company.

Requirement：
1.Comprehensive communication in Englsih/Japanese in listening, speaking and writing.
2.Certification in Quality or Procurement skills are helpful.
3.Previous 2~3 years Purchasing or Manufacturing Experience with Foreign Company beneficial.
