Position: Manager for Project & tools manufacture. Which challenge you get? With reference to companies management you will have the responsibility for the daily management of project and tools department. There are about 11 employees in the department on present time; it will grow a great deal the next years in close contact with the employee’s you have to make a high engagement and be at the leading edge of the situation. With in preparation at optimize is it very important that you understand the meaning of coaching the employees to at do the best they can. One of your must important roles as department manager is to make sure, that the team as a whole is among themselves on the same wavelength and in balance with each other. You have to co-ordinate across different function and work close together with the production to make sure that the tools can be used in the production. You are as a person in contact with daily days operation/ phase out & problem solution. You must participant in the weekly project meeting and PTA meeting. You will have the responsibility for running adjustment of the capacity, including hiring and layoff in the department. In close co-operation between the department expath you will have the responsibility to develop the department, among these produce method etc. which background you have? The perfect candidate have a technically background in the area for iron and metal, together with relevantly theoretic management education. You have management experience from a western company productions environment and management principles. Overview, analytical sense, flexibility and power of penetration are an essentials demand. You working way are structural and systematic, and you have sense for details. There will be requirement of independence and you are therefore full of initiative and also a markedly self-starter. If you have knowledge to tools development and TS 16949 will this be an advantage. You will be offered.
