| Key Responsibilities Do you want to work for a company who offers great career opportunities? Randstad (flexible) Staffing Service is looking for a BD manager who is able to - continuously influence and manage (potential) clients’employment issues - identify clients’ employment needs in the dynamic market - adapt Randstad’s proven staffing and other HR solutions concepts to the clients’ needs and communicate your solutions effectively to the client - organize and coordinate ongoing market research and analysis in order to formulate and update sales strategy Qualifications - a Bachelor degree (or above) is a must， knowledge of staffing industry is an advantage - excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Chinese and English - at least two years working experience as a sales manager/director in a medium-large corporation - experience in leading a 10+ members sales team and have proven performance - enthusiasm for service industry and passion for teamwork and creativity - strong result orientation， able to work according to targets and deadlines |
