| Finance Director职位说明及要求 | |
| Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions: • Promote and maintain an effective system of internal controls by developing and implementing appropriate financial policies and procedures to support scalability of growth while maintaining adequate controls and accuracy. • Continually evaluate the financial systems to ensure the Company is maximizing the capabilities of the systems， including making recommendations for any modifications or enhancements needed to improve accuracy， financial reporting ability， scalability， etc. • Provide corporate and international management with financial and other business information necessary to support decision-making concerning the growth and development of the China business. • Provide financial expertise to China management and act as liaison for China to HQ and other corporates. • Provide financial expertise with China management and global management to investment， expansion， merging and relevant legal issues. • Organize the information needs of various corporate functions such as treasury， tax， planning， and audit. • Oversee the establishment of proper management reporting systems and analyses and ensures subsidiary management reporting practices. • Oversee accounting operations， monthly close process. • Review monthly and quarterly financial analysis， statements and reporting package to send out on time. • Lead the Company’s periodic budgeting and forecasting process and final the documentation. • Develop dept’s structure and function to support scalability of growth. • Recruit， train， supervise and develop department staff. • Coordinate or participate in other projects and perform other duties as directed. Required Qualifications: • 8+ Years of accounting experience. 5+ Years of management experience • Bachelors Degree in accounting or related field. MBA preferred • Proficiency with MS Office. Advanced Excel Skills • Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Chinese and English. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to interface with all levels of staff in a professional manner • Must be able to maintain confidentiality. • Strong team player who is flexible with a positive “can do” attitude. • Exceptionally high levels of self-direction， analytical creativity and intelligence. • Strong organizational， project management， problem solving and decision making skills. • Demonstrated ability to function independently， multi-task and realign priorities as needed. • Strong understanding of PRC and US GAAP. • IT industry experience or ICP experience a plus. • CPA or ACCA license a plus. • Possible travel to other locations (~10%) |
