Responsibility : Direct the CSR (Customer Service Representative) team activities of Sales Order management, delivery scheduling, invoice related activities, goods return and customers complaint. * Work with planning colleagues to agreed delivery plans that meet customer demand at lowest possible cost. * Customer complaint focal point, in charge of investigation, remedial action implementation. * Collect and analyze customer information, directs the team to build solid and long-term relationship with strategy customers. * Responsible for the staffing, development and management of the entire team. * Success depends on excellent knowledge of the OPM Planning Tools (Forecast, MRP, etc.). Requirement : Bachelor’s degree in Business/Science or equivalent. * Fluency in Mandarin and English. * 3 years experience as leader in customer service management. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Self-motivated. Able to work under pressure. * Develop others, Influence decisions & actions, Plan & organize, Manage complexity, Business knowledge. * International company experience is preferred |
