Regional IT Senior Manager – Based in Tianjin China

Job Responsibilities:

· Be responsible for resource allocation including budgeting， directing and managing the information technology function in Asia

· Possess overall accountability for delivery and maintenance of IT services including enterprise and regional applications support， help desk， e-mail， phone， data， video， software licensing， account administration， network administration， data and network security， software patching and virus protection on a 24 x 7 basis， in order to meet the needs of the region and enterprise

· Implement a continuous improvement process that will identify and address the customer‘s needs while providing stable and reliable computing services and infrastructure for the region

· Identify， plan， develop and implement IT-related capital projects in an effort to increase productivity and better meet the needs of the business， site and users

· Partner with IT leadership team on strategic planning of IT services for future growth and expansion of the business in the region

· Be responsible for communicating results to executive-level management， department and business teams

· Perform other related duties， as assigned

Job Requirements:

· Masters/Degree in Information Technology or MBA with technical expertise in computer systems

· Minimum 10 years‘ related IT experience， with at least 5 years‘ supervisory and regional work experience

· Knowledge of logistics and warehouse management operations is a plus

· Excellent project management skills

· Excellent verbal and written English communications skills

· Excellent leadership， coaching and facilitation skills

· Results-driven

· Overseas travelling is required
