Facility Project Manager (based in Shanghai or Xiamen)

Responsibility:

• Assist in all projects development work in respect of technical design and process design; other engineering-related activities as and when required.



• Coordinates activities related to facility management， work safety and security， fire safety and industrial engineering.



• Prepare the annual cost budget for the above activities.



• Monitor work results against objectives and directs measures to correct unsatisfactory conditions.



• Liaises closely with other department， especially operations， procurement and quality.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with minimum 5 to 10 years relevant experience in project development.



• Familiar with government agencies and building approval permits and process



• Familiar with construction details.



• Possess analytical aptitude， good knowledge and experience in property/equipment in maintenance management.



• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
