University degree in industrial, manufacturing & mechanical engineering 大专及以上学历，工程或机械专业熟悉焊接、CNC加工中心、打磨整形过程； Organize the production according production plan 按生产计划组织生产People Leadership 领导及激励他人 Continute improve productivity and quality performance 不断提高生产效率及改进质量 Provide manufacturing training and guidance to employees 对下属的培训和指导 Lead production meetings 主持日常生产会的召开 Review product design for compatibility with manufacturing operation capabilities 评估产品的情况看其是否与生产情况相符合 Establish positive relationships with other departments 协调和其他部门的关系，相互支持。 Implement 5S in production area 生产现场实行5S管理 Hire and retain qualified employees 聘用和留住公司的有用之才 Provide training to employees including Total Quality 对下属进行包括全面质量管理方面的培训 Establish production plan, overtime schedule, shifwork arrangment 生产计划的设立、加班及生产班次的安排 |
