perform in process inspection / assist and advise production in performing in process inspection take care for not conform products (organise repair, scrap, recplacement order, etc.) document and file data concerning nonconformities analysis of nonconformities and process capability perform technical investigation of defective products (identify root causes in order to eliminate them) prepare and perform First Article Inspections together with customer and production file testrecords of final inspection learn and use Statistical Process Control (SPC) monitor the production process continuously Other tasks assigned by Quality Manager |
