Deploy and execute functional strategies Support STRAP, mid-term and short-term planning processes Support Budget planning, analysis, review and ongoing controlling People Leadership (Target setting and controlling, Performance and Competency Appraisal, Feedback and Recognition, People Placement Planning, People Development, etc.) Establish and maintain QM/QA System in accordance with KB and ISO 9000 (2000) requirements Plan, specify, set-up, and maintain resources for QM/QA departement Manage activities/resources of Incoming Inspection and In Process Quality Engineering Provide training to employees of QM/QA and other departments assist other departments in QM/QA issues Determine feasibility of implementing statistical process control system Establish, monitor and meet KPI (Key Performance Indicators) related to QM/QA montly reporting Contact with customer in case of quality items |
