Buyer职位说明及要求

Assit in sourcing, Inquiry for non-production expenses, etc. Assist in sourcing, Inquiry for equipment/machinery Issueing Purchase Orders with defined and confirmed suppliers Entering of order confirmation Follow-up with supplier and dunning (confirmations, delivery schedules, etc.) Cooperation with goods receiving/ warehouse and booking of material Handling return process: Communication with warehouse, quality inspection and supplier; Reissueing of purchase orders Assist in handling of revised drawings with suppliers and administrating confirmations Adjustment of Purchase Order (batch size, freqency, etc.) when needed Monitoring of Delivery Performance and controlling of supplier Communicating the provided forecast to suppliers Maintaining suppliers data in SAP Maintaining purchasing record lists Preparation for payment papers Proper handling and filing of documentation Other tasks assigned by Manager Purchasing
