Job Duties: The Shenzhen office is the hub office of our South China Operation and we have over 1,000 staff in the area covering offices in Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Dongguan, Hepu, Liuyang, Shantou. Reporting to the Senior VP, the GM-hub HR will supervise a team of eight, delivering services in compensation & benefits, recruitment, training&development and daily HR operations & advisory services. Apart from managing the daily operations and align practices of all the offices within the hub, the position holder has to work very closely with HK HR on corporate grograms & policy implementation. He/she should alert management on any compliance issue and potential problems and be able to provide solutions to resolve such related issues. Job requirements: 1. Mature and independent to handle conflicts and problems. 2. Costomer service orientated. 3. Ability to work under pressure with volumes and conflcts. 4. Must be fair and professional. 5. Good understanding of China labor law and applications. 6. Good interpersonal skills and with ability to resolve issues. 7. Strong communication skills. 8. Good people mangement and team building skills. 9. Previous working experience with volumes and conflicts. 10. Must be fair and professional. |
