Offsite warehouse auditor

JOB FUNCTION :

1.Finish daily job on time and meet all related requirements regarding Quality Management Systems and EHS Management Systems.

2.Process Purchase Order， Sales Order， Receiving and handle material return;

3.Maintain necessary document based on financial and quality system requirement;

4.Organize monthly physical inventory for the offsite warehouses;

5.Sourcing the new warehouse while there is a need and coordinate relative people to set up new warehouse in the system;

6.Analysis the logistics pattern with LEAN and six sigma concept.

Requirement:

1. Professional accounting qualification or Degree in Accounting

2. 2-3 years direct auditing experience in public accounting or manufacturing environment.

3. Ability to work independently on day-to-day field audit

4. Excellent English speaking skills and effective communication skills

5. Familiar with Microsoft Word， Excel and PowerPoint.

6. Ability to travel up including weekends
