| HR Specialist职位说明及要求 | |
| Job Responsibility: -Work with all department heads to ensure Job description and organization chart are reviewed and updated at regular intervals -Make yearly， quarterly and monthly recruitment plan in line with company’s growth and fiscal year headcount budget. -Be responsible for the hiring of all staff level postions including technical， supportive & supervisory staff; -Select the suitable channel including internally and externally to post the recruitment advertisement timely to ensure the quantity of the candidates. -In charge of the campus recruitment -Assistant recruitment supervisor to review and optimize recruitment tools and procedures -Manage and develop recruitment channels， such as internal recommendation， job fairs ， internet， agents and headhunters etc -Manage， review， update all of the electronic and paper documents related to recruitment. -Provide service to all the internal and external enquiry related to recruitment -Support other ad hoc affairs or projects allocated by superior. Job Requirements: -- University graduation， bachelor degree or above. -No discipline limitation， major in engineering related discipline preferred. -Minimum 2 years experience specializing in Recruitment function. Exposure in manufacturing enterprises is an advantage. -Proficiency in Ms Office (Ms Word， Excel， PowerPoint etc.); -Good communication， presentation and interpersonal skills; -Good command of English， both in written and oral; -Independent， proactive，objective-oriented and detail-oriented. -Well organized and good planning skill. -Able to work under pressure |
