| 维护主管PMSupervisor职位说明及要求 | |
Responsibility: 1.Assist maintenance manager for the PM & project work of the site. 2.Ensure all the equipment, facilities book into Maximo software and lead the team timely complete all the PM work, meet KPI, do CM if needed. 3.Report to maintenance manager if need renew equipment. Need do ROI (return of investment) in the same time. 4.Ensure all the project meet EHS requirement and timely delivery. Do COBQ (cost of bad quality) track if need. 5.Ensure all the building facilities in good status and repair timely. 6.In charge of the MRO store and maintenance store management, keep low store, make safety stock, do store analysis and outsource if needed. 7.Arrange the people and check the attendance. 8.In charge the 5s of equipment. 9.Attend the analysis meeting of equipment failure/ accident, put forward correction proposal and standardize measure. 10.Responsible for bidding / renew of maintenance contract, supervise the service quality of contactor. 要求Requires: 1.Should meet all related requirements regarding Quality Management Systems and EHS Management Systems. 2.Bachelor degree of Mechanical or Electrical. Experience of high voltage power supply system is preferred. 3.Five years working experience of industry facility or maintenance; 4.Ability to take initiative and successfully lead others. 5.Be familiar with related equipment principle (power substation, chiller, air compressor, HVAC, water pump, heat exchanger ...etc.) 6.Strong customer service skills. 7.Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills. 8.Self-motivated, and positive attitude and high degree of self-confidence. 9.Ability to work well with all levels of management, staff and external service providers. 10.Knowledge of contract management. 11.Knowledge of project management. 12.Experience of TPM is preferred. 13.Experience of MRO management software is preferred; 14.Good at oral and writing business English; 15.Good PC skill |
