AfterSalesServiceEngineer职位说明及要求

Requirements:
1. Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
2. Minimum of 3 years experience working with electronics in any type of role related to testing and analyzing digital electronic devices
3. Experience with electronics related to HVAC and/or refrigeration controls is an advantage but not a necessity
4. Fluency in both written and spoken English

Description:
1. Handle all customer enquiries related to quality issues
2. Coordinate quality improvement initiatives with the quality department in Carel Suzhou and Carel HQ (located in Italy)
3. Handle customer complaints and work closely with the sales department to ensure all complaints are addressed promptly
4. Work with production to undertake root cause analysis of quality problems for products manufactured in the China plant
