Key Responsibilities You will manage the legal team of Randstad China on all issues that require legal involvements - work in cooperation with Corporate Legal Department (Randstad Holding nv) and company’s retainer law firm - offer legal consultancy to divisions and business units concerning securing data, establishing and amending commercial contracts, etc - coordinate the establishment of branches and future acquisitions in China Qualifications - a Bachelor degree in law (or above), familiar with corporate law and Chinese labor law - working experience in international (Western) companies, 2-3 years practice in a law firm will be a plus - team player with excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English - mature, confident, independent - enthusiasm for high standards of quality and result oriented - ability to build and maintain contacts with relevant authorities in China |
