| Job Purpose 1. Support FAB to improve yield， mass production yield monitor 2. Support TD improve yield when developing new technology， for rapid mass production 3. Provide professional support for Sales persons and customers 4. co-work with testing house to control and smooth production flow Essential Function: 1) Yield Model & defect density forecast 2) Design rule check 3) Statistic bin control & limit 4) Yield analysis 5) Low Yield EFA/PFA 6) Drive Yield meeting Additional Responsibilities: 1) Gross die per wafer calculation 2) New product release 3) Production release 4) CCN handling 5) Reliability FA support 6) Yield Management System Other skills 1) Bachelor Degree or above related to science. 2) Good interpersonal communication skill 3) Male is preferred 4) Frequently work overtime to meet project schedule， sometimes weekend on duty. |
