Location: Guangzhou Responsibilities: 1. MARKETING SUPPORT -Participate in technical seminar for operators in the area of RNPI. -Participate in preparing Radio network and technology consulting proposals based on technical specifications and discussions with operators. 2. RADIO NETWORK PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT -Involve in preparing radio network and technology consulting plan including goal definition, resource arrangement and time schedule. -Perform radio network and technology consulting activities independently. -Prepare radio network and technology consulting report, including bench marking of key performance indicator before and after the Network Performance Improvement, suggestion for further improvement. -To be mentor of junior engineer.
