职责描述 Specific Responsibilities : -Maintain network servers (AD, DHCP, DNS, Gateway) -Maintain MS Exchange email system. -Install and maintain standard software for headquarter users.- -Update patches. -Install and maintain business systems such as Platinum system. -Maintain server back up and virus scanning. -Configure and maintain network printers. -Provide on-site support for field operations in Beijing. -Provide remote support for field operations outside of Beijing. 要求 Qualifications : REQUIRED SKILLS: -Bachelor’s degree in a computer science or engineering -2 year experience with fist line IT support -Prior experience with -Software and hardware trouble shooting -Windows XP, NT/2000/2003 -MS Exchange -Familiar with -Active Directory -Terminal Server / Citrix -LAN/WAN technologies -Firewall VPN -Server security monitoring -Analytical and problem solving capabilities -Ability to multi-task and prioritize -Excellent verbal and written communication skills DESIRED SKILLS: -Prior experience working with foreign companies -Technical certificates such as MCSE or Cisco -Ability to communicate in English |
