ReliabilityTestEngineer职位说明及要求

Job Purpose Process Reliability Test and Analysis
Principal Accountabilities
1.Handle process reliability BEOL related test and analysis;
2.Related topic engineering study and experiment design;
3.Related test equipment management;
4.New technology and methodology development.

POSITION SPECIFICATION
Education or Working Experience
Bachelor‘s Degree or above in Engineering or Science, prefer in EE, MSE, or Physics;
Better to have semiconductor related working experience.

Professional Skill
1.Knowledge of IC process flow, FEOL, BEOL, and reliability related; (preferential)
2.Knowledge of electro-migration and semiconductor material; (preferential)
3.English communication.

General Skill
1.Good skill in works management, problem solving and analysis;
2.Good communication and teamwork;
3.Good English speaking and writing;
4.Proficient skill in using analysis and report software (Word, Excel, PPT, or JUMP);
5.Good interpersonal attitude and basic skill effective in a large organization;
6.Strong learning ability.
