SoftwareEngineeringManager软件工程经理职位说明及要求

Job Responsibilities : •Master C-ARM product features and application; •Responsible for Software team ‘s setup, Grow & foster team ‘s design and quality process skill, knowledge; •Responsible for Software program task and resource planning, execution; •Tracking and introducing new technology on C-ARM product; •Establish Software development procedure , lead team to follow procedure in development. Educational Profile: •Master or above, 5 years or more working experience, software related education background; Experience Profile: •5years+ software of NPI development experience, 2years+ experience of managing and leading team in development; •Technology oriented, rich knowledge of OOA/OOD, Real time , embedded system; •Master product development cycle and quality control process, rich experience on applying software configuration management , defect management tools; •Be familiar with medical equipment is preferred,. Personal Profile : •Excellent English, good Communication skill; •Strong leadership and management skill, inclusive characteristic; •Integrity, Cooperative & Boundless working spirits;
