Position Title: Installed Base Engineer Leader Job Responsibilities: -Lead to Track, analyze product quality data in field, organize team to identify design solution to solve quality issues ; -Follow quality procedure, drive FMI (Field Modification Instruction) execution, CSO/PQR/PSR closure properly . (Note: CSO/PQR/PSR are all field quality reports used by GEHC) -Provide top level service support to global OLC (On-Line-Center) engineers and Service Engineers Educational Profile: -Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics, Electromechanical Engineering/Computer Science Engineering Experience Profile: -Have comprehensive background of Engineering. -Knowing GEHC NPI development process, experienced at product quality handling. -2 years+ working experience in global companies. -Knowledge of quality control and statistics.(SPC tools) Personal Profile: -Strong customer sense, style of quick driving tasks. -Passionate to technology. -Good Communications and proficient written and Spoken English. -Team player with boundless spirit |
