| CustomerEngineer(sectionhead)职位说明及要求 | |
Job Purpose Technical interface between customers and SMIC. Manage customer foundry projects from pre-tapeout support through database in to final shipment; from prototype to volume production. Job Responsibilty Lead Customer Engineers responsible for technical interface with customers to support customer tapeouts & production. Define & manage technical projects (feasibility, development, tapeout, mask making, pilot / engineering lots, qual & volume production). Customer Satisfaction: Monitor effectiveness by customer feedback and benchmarking and pursue continuous improvement Technical sales support: Partner with Sales and provide technical support for winning new customer accounts and new projects Other Skills 本工作所需之其他条件和专长： Fab experience & process/device understanding essential. Experience with EDA tools a plus. Must have very good English listening comprehension. Must have very good initiative & ownership. |
