Job description: 1. Operate equipments skillfully and in charge of all the polymer processing equipments. 2. Develop new process combinations through combining technical knowledge with processing knowledge. 3. Cooperate with other engineers and technicians, participates in projects in order to provide support to R&D group and deliver reports to business needs. 4. Conducts researches and developments on polymer processing, direct project plans and coordinates the implementation of approved plans. 5. Provide training for technicians in lab, engineers in business group and workers in plant. 6. EHS arranging and maintenance. Requirements: 1. Ph.D degree and above, major in Polymer Material and Engineering Program or Materials Processing Engineering (Polymer Material and Engineering Program is preferred.) 2. Minimum 1 year working experience in Polymer field. 3. Be familiar with extruders, presses, ovens, liquid injection molding systems; 4. English: Fluent technical communication with native speakers; good command in report writing and assessment. |
