Roles and Responsibility:
? Target on the foreign enterprises (mainly the American and or European companies) in developing the Search Assignment business opportunities. ? Works together with the Research team(s) to establish the search strategies and target pools, conducts comprehensive searches and presents the short-listed candidates for clients‘ selection. ? Assists and obtains the cross-border referrals (search assignments) and ensures the successful placement and recurring assignments. ? Achieves the assigned revenue generation target and promotes firms‘ image through effective external marketing with the targeted industrial audiences and internal marketing among the Global Partner Offices.
Requirements:
? With more than 10 years working experiences abroad in various business disciplines (Sales/Marketing and Human Resource preferred). ? More than 2-year residence in China ( Beijing preferred), with some level of Mandarin capability. ? A member of American/European Chamber of Commerce is a plus. ? Caucasian (preferred), Asian-European or Asian-American with fluent English. ? Mature characteristics with aggressive working attitude and “quality” behaviors. ? Good at “time management”, “Business Presentation”, and computer skills (MS Office).
