This is an APAC Strategy & Planning team, which will drive company‘s strategic engagement with a major bank in China . This engagement is a pivotal component of company‘s China strategy.
Job Description & Responsibilities
As a key member of APAC Strategy & Operations, this individual will:
Drive strategic engagement as a pivotal component of China strategy
Develop relationship and implement joint governance structure and operating model to ensure commitment and achievement of agreed goals.
Operationalize strategic investment and MOU agreement, identifying alternative business opportunities, flagship initiatives, engagement with China sales team
Facilitate cross-functional efforts to ensure a comprehensive company‘s involvement in committed strategic goals through internal governance and operating model
Develop strategy, plans, and drive deliverables and milestones of resulting initiatives
Requirements:
Qualified candidates will have:
Proven experience in conducting business in China , preferably in Financial Services industry
IT and networking industry experience and expertise
Demonstrated results in business and partner development, and in driving collaboration across multi-functional teams
Proven track record in people and program management
Ability to develop strategy and tie strategy to execution and delivering results , including financial and analytical skills to model the business impact of proposed initiatives
Strong written and verbal communications skills – excellent presentation skills in both English and Chinese
