A world leading industrial tools trading company from Europe is going to strengthen their marketing force by recruiting a new marketing manager. The marketing manager is responsible for: Develop and manage the Marketing department Develop and conduct Market Research and customer requirement assessments on the China market Develop and keep good relationship with industrial association officals, professionals, and other key influencers in the industry Further develop the Marketing Strategy for Industrial Technique in China Branding ( Further develop brand awareness, brand image and brand equity ) Liason with Marketing Managers in other countries Exchange information with the Sales department in order for the marketing always to be in line with the sales activities. Develop and follow up the marketing budget Advertising and promotions Together with the Sales department plan and arrange for marketing seminars in China. Plan for and arrange exhibtions Qualification requirement: University degree, preferably in Engineering. MBA is a plus Good technical understanding and interest in tightening system products. Extensive experience from managing a Marketing department Experience from auto manufacturing industries. Extensive experience from market research, development of product portfolios and development of marketing strategies. Extensive experience from planning and arranging Marketing Seminars and Exhibitions Ability to motivate and develop staff The ability to analyze information and use this efficiently in problem-solving and decision-making Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials Good command of written and spoken English Good communications skills |
