Sr.HRSupervisor职位说明及要求



Responsibilities:
1 Provide Human Resources Support.
2 Create and implement retention strategies.
3 Encourage organizational development and ensure positive employee relations.
4 Comply with immigration and labor laws.
5 Administer Compensation, benefits, personnel policies and procedures.
6 Partner with business leaders, engineering professionals and corporate staff to promote productive work experiences.
7 Mentor Human Resource Advisors in matrix or direct reporting relationships, achieve objectives and maintain profitability.
8 Get the acceptance of others in sensitive situations and influence a winning culture.
9 Perform due diligence and integrate merged and acquired companies into the Flextronics culture.
10 Make decisions on administrative or operational matters that have a serious impact on overall profitability of organizational and or company functions.
11 Implement appropriate HR Strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.
12 Oversee the participation in domestic and international salary surveys and analyze results in order to assess competitive labor market trends, establish salary structures, develop salary budgets, and prepare policies and procedures to ensure equitable and competitive employee compensation.
13 Develop, maintain, and improve compensation administration processes.
14 Develop and coordinate communications and manager/employee training for compensation programs.
15 Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines, and procedures recommending plan revision as well as new plans that are cost-effective and consistent with compensation trends and corporate objectives.

Requirements:
1 Bachelor Degree.
2 3-4 years’ progressive experience in HR major functions.
3 Sound knowledge of HR practices.
4 Good people management and development skills.
5 Good drive, customer orientation, and ability to execute.
6 Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with senior management.
7 Judgment, initiative, and tenacity demonstrated in an environment of rapid change.
8 Ability to collaborate across boundaries, disciplines, and cultures, especially in an evolving matrix environment.
9 Excellent planning, co-ordination, and organizational skills. Strong process orientation.
10 Integrity.
11 Excellent command of written and spoken English. Fluency in Mandarin is a must.
