Vacancy：Sales & Marketing Specialist or Account Manager (某美资企业)
Location：Shanghai or Guangzhou

Job Description:
1.Develop and implement product/market strategies to achieve business (Ethylene Co-Polymer, 乙烯共聚物产品）objective.
2.Prospecting for new business to achieve volume, revenue and gross profit growth.
3.Managing key accounts to maintain base business, including visiting clients, diagnosing clients’ needs, providing / delivering appropriate solutions for maximizing clients’ business performance.
4.Lead on product pricing and market research within responsible territory.
5.Manager and maintain sales reports, pipelines and forecasts.
6.Coordinate cross-functional internal teams to deliver solutions to customer needs. Identifying and communicating the decision-making process of these complex customer organizations.

Requirement:
1.Bachelor degree from an accredited university / College.
2.Minimum 4 years of solid working experience in sales. The working experience in packaging industry is a plus.
3.Resulted orientated, ability to manage multiple tasks and deadline oriented projectssimultaneously.
4.Ability to build and manage customer relationships to achieve the sales quota.
5.Strong presentation, analytical and negotiation skills.
6.Good command of English, both in oral and writing skills.
7.Willing to travel extensively.
