EngineeringManager职位说明及要求

Basic Requirements:
a.Gender not limit, age not limit;
b.College level or above, major in Engineering or relevant.
c.5 years of relevant work experiences, and two years of work experiences in equivalent position.
d.Good at organizing, coordination, management and communication.
e.Fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing;
f.Experience in Fastener manufactory will be excellent.

Job Description
A.Be responsible for Engineering Dept management.
1.Engineering Dept and team member management;
2.Engineering Dept cost supervision and control;
3.Engineering projects management and arrangement ;
B.Engineer Dept operation supervision
1.Responsible for following up the project operation process ;
2.Responsible for the project quality control;
3.Responsible for improving and optimizing Engineering projects
4.Responsible for the Engineering project check and accept;
C.Training, guidance, appraisal of subordinates and relevant functions.
D.Check and approve various documents related to Engineering Dept
1.Timely and effective communication with own dept. and relevant dept.
E.Other assignments from superior.
