职位描述: -熟知机电设备制造流程,如定单流程、原料获取流程、工作进度定制、BOM控制、成本分析、质量保证等; -接受美国工程师的装配培训并可把制造工艺应用于中国公司; -有能力处理多种相关产品的制造; -有很强的制造装配背景; -至少3年以上管理经验,5年以上自动化行业从业经验,10年以上相关领域工作经验; -能够经常出差,与美国总部工程师协同工作; -本科及以上学历,机械工程、半导体或自动化专业优先; -能够领导和激励整个团队进行工作; -熟练掌握英语(听、说、读和写); -有外企工作经验者优先; -适应多国出差的环境工作; -较强的适应能力及组织规划能力。
Job Description: - Familiar with all aspects of equipment manufacturing process, like order processing, material procurement processes, job scheduling, BOM controls, cost analysis, quality assurance, etc. - Be able to receive assembly training from USA engineers and transfer manufacturing process to China company; - A good organizer who is able to manage manufacturing of multiple products in parallel; - A strong manufacturing background able to lead by demonstration is a must; - At least 3 years experience in management level,5 years experience in automation; 10 years work experiences in the related fields; - Able to travel overseas regularly to work with USA headquarter engineers; - Bachelor or higher degree in mechanical engineering,semiconductor or automation is preferred; - A team player with ability in leading and motivating people; - Proficient in English, (Listening,speaking,reading and writing); - Overseas-funded corporation experience is preferred; - Used to work in a multinational environment; - Planning and organizing ,googd adaptability.
