职位描述：
-熟知机电设备制造流程，如定单流程、原料获取流程、工作进度定制、BOM控制、成本分析、质量保证等；
-接受美国工程师的装配培训并可把制造工艺应用于中国公司；
-有能力处理多种相关产品的制造；
-有很强的制造装配背景；
-至少3年以上管理经验，5年以上自动化行业从业经验，10年以上相关领域工作经验；
-能够经常出差，与美国总部工程师协同工作；
-本科及以上学历，机械工程、半导体或自动化专业优先；
-能够领导和激励整个团队进行工作；
-熟练掌握英语（听、说、读和写）；
-有外企工作经验者优先；
-适应多国出差的环境工作；
-较强的适应能力及组织规划能力。
Job Description：
- Familiar with all aspects of equipment manufacturing process， like order processing， material procurement processes， job scheduling， BOM controls， cost analysis， quality assurance， etc.
- Be able to receive assembly training from USA engineers and transfer manufacturing process to China company;
- A good organizer who is able to manage manufacturing of multiple products in parallel;
- A strong manufacturing background able to lead by demonstration is a must;
- At least 3 years experience in management level，5 years experience in automation; 10 years work experiences in the related fields;
- Able to travel overseas regularly to work with USA headquarter engineers;
- Bachelor or higher degree in mechanical engineering，semiconductor or automation is preferred;
- A team player with ability in leading and motivating people;
- Proficient in English， (Listening，speaking，reading and writing);
- Overseas-funded corporation experience is preferred;
- Used to work in a multinational environment;
- Planning and organizing ，googd adaptability.
