-在电气、机械、软件和硬件方面有很好的工程技术知识；
-熟悉工程文档控制系统（ECR、ECN、ECO等）以及新产品发布程序；
-能够与销售及市场部协同工作，共同促进公司产品的提升；
-能够与海外工程师合作，进行国际项目的实施；
-至少3年以上管理经验，5年以上机器人学及自动化从业经验，10年以上相关领域工作经验；
-能够适应跨国出差，与美国总部工程师协同工作；
-本科及以上学历，工程、半导体或自动化专业优先；
-能够领导和激励整个团队进行工作；
-熟练掌握英语（听、说、读和写）；
-有外企工作经验者优先；
-适应跨国出差的工作环境；
-较强的适应能力及组织规划能力；
Job Description:
-Well balanced engineering knowledge in electrical，mechanical，software， and firmware engineering;
-Familiar with engineering documentation control systems (ECR， ECN， ECO， etc.) and new product release procedures;
-Will work with Sales and marketing team to promote company products;
-Must be able to work with overseas engineers for international projects;
-At least 3 years experience in management level; 5 years experience in robotics and automation; 10 years work experiences in the related fields;
-Able to travel oversea regularly to work with USA headquarter engineers;
-Bachelor or higher degree in engineering， semiconductor or automation is preferred;
-A team player with ability in leading and motivating people;
-Proficient in English， (Listening，speaking，reading and writing);
-Foreign company’s experience is preferred;
-Used to work in an multinational environment;
-Planning and organizing，good adaptability.
