ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES: Build your career in one of GE Healthcare‘s most unique environments. As part of the Diagnostic Imaging Performance Technologies business, GoldSeal is a small team delivering huge (and growing) results. Join the core technology team to deliver refurbished and remanufactured DI products that greatly satisfy our customer‘s needs and deliver outstanding financial results to the business. The ideal candidate will lead NPI Refurbishing/Remanufacturing Operations Readiness elements to deliver CT, FI, MR, and XR GoldSeal products. Key deliverables: *Identify and prioritize Supply Chain/Operations functional CTQ‘s *Develop and maintain requirements for refurbishing/remanufacturing procedures *Identify Lean/productivity improvements to checklist procedures *Deliver Operations Readiness plans and requirements for GoldSeal offerings *Schedule and manage bay, test equipment, and resources to support validation plans *Validate checklist procedures *Function as NPI Catcher for local operations team *Maintain and prioritize actions to resolve DCAS, SPR‘s, etc. received from Operations *Develop packing lists *Support transfer of design from NPI to Operations QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS: *Bachelor‘s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Biomedical engineering or equivalent experience *5+ years of engineering experience *Outstanding engineering process skills *Service Engineering or Service Operations experience *Six Sigma Certification *Proven interpersonal and influencing skills *Excellent problem solving skills, sound judgment, initiative, and creativity *Excellent oral, written, and public communication skills DESIRED: *Legally authorized to work in China *Able to travel to the United States *Willing to submit to a background investigation, including for example, verification of your past employment, criminal history, and educational background GENERAL DESCRIPTION: GE Healthcare provides transformational medical technologies that are shaping a new age of patient care.
