| 护士NurseSpecialist职位说明及要求 | |
QUALIFICATIONS: - BS degree, certified RN - 5 years of nursing experience at RN level - Solid execution, leadership skills - Analytical, team player, solid communication skills - Fluent in English & Mandarin Chinese - Strong admin and computer skills - Willingness/ability to learn RESPONSIBILITIES: - Responsible for nurse level on-site occupational health & medical services. Owner of H & S Framework Element 19 - Medical Services - Follow China & GE regulations, arrange & follow up the necessary surveillance exams for identified employees with job exposures (pre-employee, routine & exit health check, etc.) - Manage on site medical waste and oversee food hygiene & nutrition program (medical certificate check, canteen & cafeteria weekly audit) - Medical team member who consults to management, HR and EHS on all medically related issues on-site regarding employee health and wellness. - Work with business medical/site EHS team and provide or coordinate medical related training. e.g. BBP, First Aid training - Provide medial travel assistance as required. - Help to manage hospital relationships locally - Draft data and routine reports on medical or occupational medical issues - Medical record keeping - Coordinate site wellness programs such as Health by Numbers (HBN) and Healthy Worksite survey (HWS) - Participant medical / nursing council - Medical scorecard coordinator for the GE medical quality program - Consult on MSD/ Job ergonomic issues - Maintain awareness of local medical news which could potentially impact GE employee‘s health and safety - Clinical: provide direct nursing care and flow up for occupational & non--occupational injuries and illnesses - Administrative work: translation, vendor arrangement, meeting management, data input and other miscellaneous issues as assigned DESIRED: - Advanced knowledge or experience in occupational medicine |
