FinancialAnalyst（财务分析师）(F/FA/51job)职位说明及要求

Responsibilities:
Analyze and provide expense variance analysis on the monthly results of operations with the focus on expense, headcount and capital expenditures.
Coordinate field offices for 12-month rolling forecast. Review and consolidate 12-month rolling forecasts from field offices and discuss with Finance Manager for matters which need to bring to his/her attention
Do the 12-month rolling forecast
Provide support to Finance Manager in the annual budgeting process, including the review and update of the budget book and reporting definitions
Responsible for the review of the completeness and accuracy of budgets from the field office
Create & maintain various sustainable reports according to business needs.
Requirements:
University graduate
Good command of English
Good understanding of accounting concepts and principles
Good knowledge of the US and international GAAPs
3 years experience in financial planning and analysis, preferable in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for multinational corporations
Excellent excel skills, Essbase/Hyperion knowledge and skills are preferable
Working towards CPA qualifications
Sensitive to figures, detailed & analytical mind
