Reports To: Senior ERM Manager – based in Beijing Department: China ERM Sales team
Date: Nov. 2007 Position Summary
The Enterprise Account Manager focuses on the major accounts, especially in the industry of Energy (Oil&Gas) and Public (Government). He/She must develop an d clos e sales opportunities with end-users in cooperation with c ompany‘s enterprise-focused large platform partners, systems integrators, and ISV partners.
Primary Accountabilities
Establish and strengthen strong relationships with major accounts, having capability to leverage the local partner , China marketing and services team of the assigned enterprise partners.
The capability of d evelop ing and maintain ing a detailed forecast pipeline of enterprise partner sales opportunities. And the capability of fully understand the company sales force system.
Effectively teamwork with all China team.
Qualifications (knowledge, skills, abilities)
He/She must be aggressive and has due diligence.
More than 10 years of sales experience in IT Industry and 5 years of Energy (Oil&Gas) or Government sales background will be preferred
Solution selling skills is welcome and we also hope he/she could have the industry knowledge. Especially in Banking Industry.
Good communications and presentation skills .
Fluent English is preferred
Requirements (Education, Certification, Training, and Experience)
BS degree required, Masters Degree preferred.
Oral and written fluency in English and Chinese
Ability to travel frequently throughout China and occasionally within Asia-Pacific in support of business requirements.
Ability to learn the company system and tool.
