Key responsibilities: - Perform research in the talent market and identify candidates for assignments - Screen the candidates on qualifications and a possible fit to the job profile - Contact clients actively to ensure new job orders, assure client satisfaction and future assignments; maintain a long-lasting relationship - Conduct interviews with possible candidates, be able to give the client a good impression of the candidate & his qualities and make a successful match - Handle recruitment assignments independently, or be able to grow into this Qualification: - College degree or above - Minimum of 1-2 years working experience in the service industry, sales & marketing,or hr industry - Good English language ability (spoken and written) - Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) - Result-oriented and able to work with deadlines - High-energy team player who can be successful in a fast paced environment - Excellent interpersonal skills, enjoys meeting people, work in a team - Good Common sense and eager to learn Offer: - Training on the job, in various important areas of the HR field like acquisition, interview, matching and other relevant trainings - A basic salary related to a good bonus system |
