callcenteroperationmanager职位说明及要求

Responsibilities:
1.Telephone Sales and Marketing
2.Call center operation management
3.Vendor management

Requirements:
1. 3+ years working experience of tele marketing/sales call center operation management.
2. Capability to manage and improve performance of outsource vendor and call operator.
3. Enough experience of sales and promotion/campaign execution using call center.
4. Have enough experience of IT/Consumer products business area, knowledge of IT products industry
5. Require skills to collect customer voices for further marketing activity
6. Preferable to have an experience of customer support, complain handling
7. Well capability to use Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.), and well capability of data analysis
8. Good teamwork spirit and communication skill, self start up
9. Fluent Chinese and English are essential (in speaking and writing)
10. University graduate or above
