Reporting to:Country GM Responsibility: Work with Sales team providing pre-sales technical support to the partners. Supports tactical opportunities like telecom end-user, banking client and enterprise account. Understand customer‘s IT environment, good at providing technical consultation through sharing a comprehensive solution. Learn the market segment business and technical requirements through driving and supporting Channel Partners. Develop and maintain strong relationship with Chanel Partners and end-users. Act as the main focal point for highly complex problem resolution. Skills & Experience: Strong solution pre-sales background with good sales attitude during supporting sales team to penetrate industry accounts and channel partners Drive and commitment to results with minimum supervision. Self motivated, strong initiative and be customer focused. Excellent technical skills and industrial practice in the area of either Telecom industry or FSI/ Enterprise space . Strong knowledge in IP internetworking , WLAN solution, IPTel/IPCC, Datacentre, Security , etc.
