ChinaSalesManagerforBascoproduct职位说明及要求

1.Experience in Heat Exchanger business,preferably with AKG,Valeo,Behr or similar companies.
2.Experience in setting up distrbutor network and knowledge in establishing and managing distributors/agents.(40% for this channel).
3.The Key market focus is air compressor,dryer,off-highway vehicle,chemical and general industry.
4.Aggressive attitude in reaching the Sales target and a strong will to succeed.
5.Previous experience in dealing with OEM an added advantage.(60% OEM)
6.Mature,teamwork mind set and able to work independently.

1.Min a Bachelor degree in Engineering or other relevant field.
2.Mor than 5 years experience in sales and marketing of industrial products.
3.Fluent English is essential.
4.Experienced in Heat Exchanger business ,preferably with AKG,Valeo,Behr or similar companies .
