Test Hardware Engineer职位说明及要求

Job Description:

* Responsible for the semiconductor testing hardware environment installation， qualification， maintenance and trouble-shooting.

* Definition of test hardware specification and configuration.

* Generate the hardware related document (O.I / SOP etc.)

* Improve testing hardware performance during ramp-up and volume production.

* Cooperate with other department like Test software / Manufacturing for trouble-shooting and yield improvement.

Requirements:

* Bachelor‘s Degree in Electrical/Electronics

* Tools skills:

- General tools (PowerPoint， Word， Excel， etc)

- Experience with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) / Prober / Handler is an advantage.

- Familiar with UNIX / Linux system.

* Ability to speak and write English is a must.

* Self-motivated team player

* Good interpersonal and communication skills
