| SeniorMechanicalEngineer职位说明及要求 | |
-Responsible for technical communication with customer,including design information exchange,release product drawing and other product design related documentation -Responsible for new product mechanical design process ,including planning,implementation,coordination and progress monitoring -Implement manufacturing transfer of foreign product drawings,make major testing technologcial parameters,and participate in testing and expermentation -Perform mechanical,aluminum alloy vacuum-brazing and welding failure mode analysis,FPY improvementand scrap reduction -Implement current product/process improvement and technical problem solution,promote and standardize new technologies and put them into application -Implement lean manufacturing,responsible for process design ,procedures making and work cell layout design -Implement excellent project management,be a key role to meet project schedules,cost restraints and quality/reliability standards -Provide technical guidance to the contract manufacture to solve various assembly,design,testing,and quality issues,coordinate the quotation,documentation and specification processes for the project between suppliers and the procurement organization to ensure with the design requirements -Provide technical support for all other departments -Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering,Air Conditioning or related field -Good understanding of heat transfer principle and thermal analysis/simulation -More than 3 years mechanical design or related experiences,familiar with machining process,knowledge of tolerance analysis using statisticl methods,proficiency in mechanical stress analysis -Excellent mechanical design skill for jigs and fixtures including geometric assembly -Excellent understanding and experience of design process and procedures -Excellent knowledge and extensive experience in design and constructing of heat exchangers,such as plate-fin heat exchangers,shell-tube heat exchangers,and plate heat exchanger -Master the AUTOCAD,UG or PRO-E design software tools -Minimum 3 yeats of experience with foreign or joint venture companies -Familiar with ISO 9002,VDA6.1 and TS16949 Quality System -Familiar with quality analysis tools and systematic problem solving -Be self-incentive,proactive,and careful of detail -Good communication skill and a team player -Past project management experience is desired with strong organization skills -Good command of English both written and oral,can perform complex technical discussion with foreign clients and colleague,write complex technical documentation and specifications |
