| WarehouseManager职位说明及要求 | |
Requirements: 1.At Least 5 years related work experience in warehouse management and import and export field 2.Familar with 5S & lean manufacture knowledge 3.Familiar with import/export matters for foreign companies in China. 4.Extensive experience in dealing with the Customs officials. 5.Strong leadership abilities. 6.Detail oriented, strong planning and excellent interpersonal skills. Duties of Position: 1.Manage warehouse operation,layout and staff training,efficiency improvement , etc. 2.Inbound and Outbound management,freight control and forwarder management,etc. 3.Reduce logistics cost through packaging and route optimization 4.Third party warehouse control and management 5.Guide, motivate and supervise subordinates to ensure that they provide fast and efficient services. 6.Provide training to subordinate staffs to upgrade their knowledge and skills so as to achieve higher productivity 7.Maintain minimum stock of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products with accuracy to meet normal requirements and unscheduled needs subject to authorized approval 8.Foster cordial work relations with government departments, e.g. Customs, Industrial & Commercial Inspection Bureau, etc. as well as liaise and foster good work co-ordination with Production and Quality departments 9.Provide timely coaching, counseling and feedback to employees through one-on-one sessions,performance appraisal and regular team meeting 10. Perform other duties as required |
