| Logistic Manager/Supervisor职位说明及要求 | |
Job Profiling of Position: Responsible for organizing and managing logistics operations， to ensure products are moved on time to customers and customer expectations are met or exceeded and all issues related with logistics are handled professionally. Taking care of inventory and warehouse management. The scope of the position includes all of NRCC transportations as well as specific order processing for transactions out of Indianapolis， US， Antwerp and ADPO， both located in Belgium. 1. Responsible for working out logistics plan according to MPS and inventory level; 2. Follow orders as well as order trends， to provide production capability and customers demands matching forecast to GM for his decision on sales activities. 3. Coordinate with operations team leaders to get latest information on delivery request and its processing time requirements， to provide satisfactory logistics planning and arrangement to operations departments; 4. Responsible for sourcing qualified forwarders and sign contract with chosen forwarders to ensure logistics plan could be implemented in a timely and safe manner. 5. Responsible for warehouse inventory control and transport scheduling management; 6. Responsible for logistics cost monitoring， analysis and reduction whenever possible to contribute to cost saving related with logistics; 7. Handle and solve customers’ complaints about logistics in a prompt way and reduce potential complaint by making right actions to customers’ satisfaction. 8. Working out logistics operations control model to ensure all the key parameters related with logistics is in place and followed and continuously improved. 9. Responsible for maintaining SAP master data essential for the systematic processing of shipments. 10. Responsible to offer assistance and support to GM for optimizing process/work related with logistics operation for the company. Knowledge: Bachelors Degree;3 years working experience as logistics supervisor/manager in industries， with chemical industry preferred; good English command is also required. Job Content Skills: Microsoft Office and applications proficient; SAP data processing preferred， Knowledge of company products and their uses; Marketing background; Chemical plant operations; Regulation on Drug Enforcement; North American Free Trade Agreement Certificates or Origin and Export Control; ISO 9000 System， Responsible Care Commitments; Contract Administration; Equipment Operation: Personal computer; Fax; Auto-fax; E-mail; Electronic Data Interchange; and Phone System. Hours & Travel: 0800-1700 and as job dictates. Status: Exempted Physical requirements: Able to meet job needs. |
