| TM Training Manager职位说明及要求 | |
Job Description: General: Work as a team with TM Directors and Managers to establish the training strategy for the TM department based on the company’s business needs. Establish the training schedules for the different levels of the TM team members (supervisors， Sr TMRs， TMRs and staff on the talent pipeline). Monitor training progress and provide feedback to management regarding the effectiveness of training and impact to team performance. Establish key measurements for reflecting the implementation persistency of each training course. Coordinate with QA department to identify key issues and formulate training strategy accordingly. Maintain contacts with other CIGNA offices to ensure being update of the latest training development of other offices. Recruit and manage the TM training team. Provide training to business partners， if required， related to the launches of our TM campaigns. Prepare training budget and headcount plan and monitor budget progress. New Recruits Provide direction to the trainers for conducting the training courses. Establish KPIs for the training courses to ensure resources efficiency. Establish KPIs for the trainers to monitor performance. Review the training materials on a regular basis and supervise the trainers to revise the documents based on business needs. Personal Requirement: Experience/Knowledge Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of training experience. Proven experience in managing a training team. Proven experience in delivering training courses and track record of achievements. Personal Competencies Required: Ability to deal with diverse cultures. Good communicator with proven ability to plan and deliver effective training. Capable of managing conflicts and changes， resolving problems in a changing environment. Capable of initiating， facilitating and implementing key training strategies. Education and Other Requirements: Proven track record with a minimum of 5 years experience working in management of training department or lead a training team. Able to work independently to establish training plans. Willing to travel. |
