Provide day-to-day program support on certification program Responding to general certification program questions Develop strong partner relationships and maintain effective communication channels Prioritize projects and activities based on partner requirements, business risk Represent the team through formal and informal presentations within the company and at external meetings and events Develops and communicates compelling business cases to gain approval for projects Maintains and enhances Certification Program systems Coordinate system development vendor and Autodesk service center to implement the new certification delivery system Monitor the whole process of certification program Generate improvement suggestion and development requirement on upgrade version of the certification system Generate security standard and documentations for certification program in China Coordinate with service center and external experts to develop question bank for growing certification requirement Localize AOTC (Autodesk Official Training Courseware) to meet China market requirement Convert local courseware into English version Develop new business for AOTC in China Monitors project to ensure completion within defined schedule, budget and quality parameters Develops action plans to mitigate risk. Identifies and implements alternative solutions Influences external organizations and resources in support of the project delivery Consults with others on execution of complex project plans Maintains enthusiasm, energy and focus in a variety of circumstances Translates purpose and vision into clear goals for the team Requirement: BS/BE in engineering, relevant working experience (3yrs+), some IT experience would be preferred Demonstrated expertise in understanding requirements and proposing solutions Proven track record in project definition, control and delivery Strong influencing skills and presentation skills Strong written and verbal communication skills (both in Mandarin and English) Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines Demonstrated initiative and ability to drive decisions and get closure on recommendations and issues Ability to travel up to 40% of time |
