MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement PlantWeb business plan and marketing strategies in China to make PlantWeb well know and adopted by Chinese customers to meet PlantWeb goals each year.
Provide PlantWeb consultancy services to customers
Participate in PlantWeb Project Pursuits.
Conduct PlantWeb Seminars/Training in Emerson Offices or Customers sites
Develop plans for development of strategic PlantWeb reference sites, partnerships or alliance in China.
Develop Quantified Busiess Results (QBR) on strategic PlantWeb projects
Set up and maintain PlantWeb demo centers in China.
Responsible for all PlantWeb promotional activity including catalogues, product literature, newsletters, advertising, exhibitions and sponsorships etc.
Provide PlantWeb training courses and technical support for all sales and marketing staff.
Prepare and Distribute PlantWeb Sales Tools.
Conduct relevant marketing and competitors analysis.
JOB COMPETENCIES
Degree in Engineering, Instrumentation or other related field.
Fluent in both oral and written English and Chinese.
Minimum 5 years experience in Instrumentation in which 2 years should be in sales or marketing. Management experience is also preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills
Outgoing and hardworking personality.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Good computer skills, especially MS office Applications.
