QA Supervisor职位说明及要求

Job requirements: ? Good ccommand of English ? Interpersonal coordination skills ? Technical design reading ? Total Quality principles ( Diagrams cause-effect， Problem solving techniques， Pareto analysis， Process Control Analysis， PDCA/DMAIC approach，etc) ? Skill to use a personal computer and various software packages ( Office， Minitab or any statistical analysis software). ? Ability to establish priorities， work independently， and proceed with objectives without supervision. Job Rescription (only in the production area assigned) ? Coordinate QC resources. ? Improve the control instruments， control procedures and the Quality Points. ? Improve and correct actions in order to lower scraps and re-working ? Pick up， verify， and improve quality data in own area.
