| ·MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 1.Work as team member to develop and implement business plan for RFD business. – Investigate the RFD business in P & P, M & M industry – Conduct SWOT analysis and work out the strategy and tactics for both short term and long term – Work out and implement the business plan and action plan 2.Account management – Build up relationship with major customer’s sales & distribution companies – Build up relationship with design institutes and EPCs; – Develop and implement account plan for each major account (including DI and EPC) – Become a consultant and business partner who is the earliest contact point whenever the customers have any issue 3.Project Pursuits – Build robust project funnel – Implement best practices for strategic selling and Emerson project pursuit process 4.Work with the industry association to promote products. · JOB COMPETENCIES 1. Driving for Result 2. Business Acumen 3. Presentation Skill 4. Perseverance · EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE 1. Degree in Instrumentation / Process Control / P & P, M & M Engineering 2. Minimum 2 years experience in Process Control or Instrumentation environment in P & P or M & M industry 3. Team player willing to perform any duties to provide exceptional services to exceed customer expectations 4. Strong written and communication skills in both English and Chinese IT knowledge
